Ari H. Gourvitz is sole member of MHG Consulting LLC and is licensed to practice law in the State(s) of New York and New Jersey as well as in various Federal Courts throughout the Country. While Mr. Gourvitz maintains his own law firm and made his mark in Matrimonial Law, he is not "just a divorce attorney." Mr. Gourvitz holds himself to the ethics and professionalism established in his legal practice. He has vast experience in Civil Litigation and Complex Commercial Transactions which is the primary reason he established MHG Consulting LLC in order to continue to represent a wide range of multi-national and domestic corporations, in a broad spectrum of unique commercial matters.
Like in his practice of law, at MHG Consulting LLC, Mr. Gourvitz assists clients with his vast experience in structuring complex financial/leveraged transactions with the goal of minimizing risk.
